Lunchtime Supervisors (3 Posts available, 2 x Permanent, 1 x Fixed Term)

Salary Range: Based on a Fixed Grade 2 Pt 3 (FTE £18,562). Actual salary is £9,973

Hours per week: 7.5 hours per week, term time only. Hours will be 11:55AM – 1:25PM, Monday – Friday. The working hours may need to be adjusted by the Principal and will be based on the school’s needs.

Work Pattern: Term time only

Contract Type: Both Permanent and Fixed Term until to April 2022 Dependant on pupil numbers

School Lunchtimes are an important part of the school day and we are seeking to appoint enthusiastic lunchtime supervisors who are committed to supporting our pupils and teachers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading play activities and ensuring a safe and fun environment for our pupils; ensuring diligence to their health and welfare at all times. You will also be responsible for supervising children in the dining room, playground and other areas of the school grounds. You will be assisting with feeding during lunchtime,

assisting with keeping the dining halls clean, encouraging and promoting good behaviours, being a positive role model for the children and actively promoting inclusive play.

Candidates must have flexibility with the working hours as times may need to be changed based on the school’s and children’s needs.

The ideal candidates will have:

• a passion and commitment to supporting and caring children and young people;

• good communication skills;

• enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.
