We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced youth work team to join The Pump to support the re-opening of our exciting programme of youth work post-COVID. You will be utilising your creative technics to engage and motivate young people to ensure they are at the heart of all aspects of the programme and decision making.

1. Senior Youth Worker

   Managing a team of 3 youth workers and supporting other staff and volunteers, you will co-manage a programme that meets the needs of young people and achieves results for our funders, including a detached and outreach programme that engages more 'hard to reach young people, including those who are categorised as NEET, i.e. not in education, employment or training.

   We are looking for someone proactive and flexible to meet the demands of our busy programme to enable us to increase the opening hours of our youth provision and possess a passion for working with young people. You will have experience in building new alliances and partnerships, enabling us to expand our offer.
