Do you share our passion and commitment for high quality provision and strong outcomes for all pupils including those with additional needs?
Rounds Green Primary School is looking for a talented individual who would relish the opportunity of being a full-time, non-class based Inclusion Lead with a clear vision of excellence in this area and proven ability to lead by example.
Working as a member of our senior team, you will lead our inclusion work which will encompass provision for our children with needs including SEND, EAL and Gifted and Talented, ensuring that all of these pupils achieve excellence in both their academic and personal development.
The successful candidate will have secure knowledge and experience in this area and will have successful primary teaching and middle/senior leadership experience to draw on. In addition, you will have the appropriate National Award certification.
This is an exciting role and provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a clear, demonstrable impact in the area of inclusion, whilst working alongside experienced Senior Leaders to gain wider leadership experience. As a school, we are committed to supporting the CPD of our staff and would welcome a discussion about the successful candidate’s future aspirations.
