Reception Class Teacher

The Role

The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a dedicated, motivated and highly effective Reception Class Teacher who has a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning. The successful candidate will be committed to developing Southam St James C of E Academy to achieve educational excellence and to further develop the distinctive Christian character of provision within the Academy community. The position is part time, working 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday).

The successful candidate will be...

• A motivated, enthusiastic and creative teacher, A highly effective EYFS practitioner who is passionate about education and driven to make continuous improvements to their practice,
• An effective team member, Able to provide high quality, inspiring and motivational experiences for our children, in line with the new EYFS framework,
• Able to provide a nurturing environment in which all pupils flourish
