Education Impact Academy Trust is a newly created MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and sponsoring 1 additional high needs school through the academisation process. Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 232 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions.

Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). Wilson Stuart School have achieved an Outstanding grade in their last 6 Ofsted inspections and in their last 3 inspections, the latest of which

was March 2019, they were graded as outstanding in every single aspect of the inspection.

Business Operations Manager

Grade 5 £35,745 - £39,880 per annum dependant on experience.

Hours of work - 36.5 hours per week All Year Round

We are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager who will provide full support to the Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure effective leadership, management and administration of the school with specific responsibility for facilities, Health and Safety, Office Management, Financial Management and HR management.

The successful candidate will be a positive and proactive advocate to the school and Multi Academy Trusts (MAT) continued progress and success, attending meetings when required to present information to a wide range of audiences including SLT and Local Governing Body. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills, be an effective communicator, show resilience and have the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
