We are seeking to appoint from as soon as possible a highly motivated and committed ‘hands on’ Nursery Manager to lead our new and exciting Nursery provision situated at The Old School, Main Street, Harborough Magna, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0HS. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark and continue to develop a highly successful and popular nursery setting where you will work with a very high degree of autonomy within an idyllic peaceful village setting and location. Operated by The Revel CofE Primary School, you will be strategically supported by our Assistant Head teacher who is based at our Reception Unit in the nearby village of Brinklow. The Early Birds Nursery is in an excellent position to continue to grow and expand as systems are already embedded and provision is already very popular and expanding within the locality. We are a unique school located on three separate sites - all in a beautiful rural setting and part of The Ignite Federation which includes both The Revel and Wolvey Primary Schools.

The successful candidate will be an excellent early years practitioner who can ensure a stimulating, high quality and innovative early years learning experience for our youngest children and be able to demonstrate that they can:

  • A supportive school environment that places a high emphasis on personal professional development and innovation.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop our nursery provision, putting your personal stamp on the provision and be a part of its expanding journey in conjunction with our Assistant Head teacher.
  • An opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy but benefitting from a wide range of professional supportive partnerships.
  • An already well resourced and highly regarded setting which benefits from established quality partnerships within the community.
