Grade 5, actual salary £14,959-£15,874 per annum
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Pastoral Support Office to join our CEDARS Leek team, providing 6 week restorative programmes for Staffordshire Moorlands KS3 pupils with complex emotional and academic needs. This is a unique position focusing on supporting individual pupils with behaviour regulation; confidence building and reintegration back to mainstream. Knowledge and understanding of learning pedagogies and experience in Behaviour Management are essential, with ongoing training provided. This post is both challenging and rewarding within a supportive, specialist and professional team.
