Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Contract: Permanent
Location: Plough Lane, Hereford
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: HC08 £29,577 - £33,782 plus a £4000 per annum, pro rata, market forces supplement payable until March 2022

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Health and Social Care Home First Urgent Care and Reablement Service. Working closely with physiotherapists, therapy assistants, assessment and review officers and a large team of reablement workers.
As an Occupational Therapist who understands the benefits of reablement you will be at the heart of the service. In this role you will be completing Occupational Therapy assessments based upon the client’s strengths and really focusing on what is important to them, offering a truly holistic approach.
You will be identifying occupation-focused goals that are meaningful and deciding on appropriate interventions to enable independence with a real focus on improving quality of life and overall wellbeing. This role is varied and very rewarding, you can really get to know the people you are working with and play a big part in their reablement journey.

Your continuous professional development will be supported and you will be provided with opportunities to not just develop your own practice but the practice of others and play an important role in the delivery of the service.
