Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2014 we were rated as ‘outstanding’ for the second time by Ofsted and in 2020 87% of students achieved Grade 4 and above in English and Maths. Key Requirements

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Philosophy and Ethics to join our successful team from September 2021. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. Passion is at the heart of our practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you. Be the best you can be!
