St Richard’s CE First School is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Teacher who is committed to educational excellence and further developing the distinctive Christian character of educational provision and the school community.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • is proactive to the changing needs of pupils
  • is passionate about teaching and learning and ensures that every child makes good progress
  • Understands and has experience in teaching either the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • is committed to promoting the vision and core values of the school
  • is passionate about children and committed to improving outcomes through providing memorable and challenging learning opportunities
  • uses effective assessment strategies to plan appropriate learning for all abilities
  • is able to lead a subject area across the school
