The Governors of Eaton Valley Primary School are seeking to appoint 2 Learning Support Assistants who have the experience and expertise to enhance the learning of different groups of pupils and can support children on a one to one basis if required. Previous experience of working within a school setting is essential.

The successful candidates will:

  • need to be self-motivated individuals and dedicated to supporting both groups and individual children.
  • need to be able to effectively work as part of a team, forming positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents alike.
  • need to have high expectations of themself and others.
  • want to work in a school that is committed to school improvement and provides high quality teaching and learning.

The positions are fixed term until 31/08/2022 due to funding.

Eaton Valley Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Hours:

32.5hrs 8.30am-3.30pm (term-time only + training days)

Grade:

Band B, SCP 2 to 4, £14,201 to £14,775 per annum (£9.43 to £9.81 per hour plus a Living Wage supplement to £9.50 per hour, payable from 1 April 2021)
