Redditch Borough Council

Grade 8 (SCP 30 - 34)
£33,782 - £37,890 per annum (pro rata if part time)
37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of Maternity
Redditch Borough Council is proud to be a social landlord and is looking for experienced people who are committed and passionate about ensuring that the Council’s properties are safe and well maintained and supporting tenants to achieve wellbeing, independence and healthy lives.
This position will fulfil a key role within a new structure that embraces change whilst delivering compliant services. You will be part of a team delivering against the vision, values, aims and aspirations for housing across the Borough.
We are seeking a candidate that can evidence knowledge and experience of carrying out surveys to void and occupied properties to identify current condition and associated works and improvements. The role will take an active part in the supervision and management of projects to improve and maintain housing stock.
The post is for up to 12 months covering for maternity leave.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Friday 11th June 2021.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 21st June 2021.
