Wrap Around Club Assistant (WAM)

The Role

10.5 Hours per Week

Fixed Term Contract - 31st March 2022

We are looking for a Club Assistant for our unique and increasingly popular provision. You would be required to work across the provision in a variety of clubs with an age range of 4-11 years old. The post is for 10.5 hours per week with possible additional hours at short notice.
We are a positive school where staff enjoy providing a fantastic experience for all the children in their care.

Key Requirements

The club assistants will help to run sessions with the children, help to ensure effective group management of the children and work effectively with the before and after school team.
We are looking for a candidate who;

• Is well organised and an excellent communicator
  
• Has creative ideas, thoughts and feelings on how to ensure our provision is of the  highest quality
  
• Puts children at the heart of everything they do
  
• Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  
• Will share and support the positive ethos of the school
