The role – To provide digital and audiovisual support as required to both staff and Members. You will work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge required for a Digital Apprentice to become an effective 1st line support engineer for digital, audiovisual and end user equipment and devices. We will assist you to complete an ICT qualification and progress in your future career.

The individual - Needs to be highly motivated, have a willingness to learn and be able to work on their own initiative.   You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to assist your colleagues with projects as and when required.  You will need to be approachable as you will be first point of contact for staff and members.
