Class Teacher

The contract will start on Thursday 2^nd September 2021.

The Governors at Whittington Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a class teacher for our year 5 class.

The successful candidate will work with a dedicated staff team who are intent on improving teaching and learning for all pupils. As the position is in our year 5 class and you will become part of the key stage 2 team.

We are looking for an excellent class teacher who can demonstrate how their well-structured teaching, together with their assessment and feedback, has had a marked impact on learners, ensuring excellent progress for all.

Applicants who are not newly qualified teachers need to show evidence of leading or supporting the work of a subject area and show how their work has had an impact on the wider school.

As a Church of England Primary School the candidate also needs to demonstrate values which support us as a faith school.
