To work alongside the customer to create a pathway plan into sustainable housing.
To work with other teams, organisations and partners to support homeless households and help them access and sustain housing.
To develop and deliver support plans and a tenancy ready programme for homeless and potentially homeless households.
5 GCSE A-C (New Grade 4-9 or equivalent) including Maths and English.
Previous experience in working in a housing/support environment.
Experience of working with face to face with vulnerable and/or homeless households to meet their accommodation and support needs.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract for 18.5 hours per week.
The part time salary is new Band 3 which equates to £11,700 to £12,885 per annum.
You may be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post.
This job includes duties that may require a substantial amount of physical effort and mobility on a frequent basis
To work outside normal office hours from time to time as the demands of the post and emergencies dictate in addition to the hours of hours rota.
Appointment to this post is subject to satisfactory clearance of an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
