The Board of Governors of St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, with support of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are now seeking to appoint to the role of Child Specific Support Assistant to join our proud and successful school.

The start date for this position is September 2021

St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School is a welcoming school where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for our wonderful, well-behaved children.

The Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company comprises of 12 primary schools and 1 secondary school within the Solihull, Birmingham and Warwickshire areas with schools that converted to the MAC on 1 April 2021. The location of the post is based at St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, Fordbridge Road, Kingshurst, B37 6LW

The successful candidate will:

• Support a child with physical needs

• Support a child to access the curriculum

• Conduct 1:1 and small group interventions

• Carry out all other tasks related to the role (please see job description)


We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working with children with significant difficulties

• Has a level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
