MENTOR

37 hrs per week, Term Time, 37 working weeks (as defined by the College) + 7.1 weeks paid holiday.

Salary – £12.4115 - £13.7700 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity in our Social Emotional Development team for a mentor to work both on a 1:1 basis and in groups to support the personal development of our students, including building self awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, behaviour and social interaction skills.

The Mentors form part of a Multi Disciplinary team. This team assesses need, plans interventions, and evaluates and reviews those interventions, working with students to develop skills essential for their personal and academic progress.

The successful candidate will be qualified to L3 and have previous experience of working with young people with a range of disabilities and/or learning difficulties.
