You will take an agile approach to system development and be highly focused on quality.
To be successful in the role you will bring extensive experience of the Oracle HCM/payroll e-business system; system development and support; demonstrable understanding of a business area(s) that the platform underpins and excellent communication skills.
You will also have:
- A relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent experience;
- Experience of change management;
- A detailed understanding of PL/SQL, relational database concepts and technology;
- Experience of working with and understanding related business areas such as HR, Payroll and Finance;

In return, we offer you the opportunity to further develop your experience and skills within a large, friendly supportive team, by having a key and influential role in business improvement and making a difference to the services we deliver. We are currently implementing our Smarter Ways of Working, as we recognise that work is what you do and not necessarily where you go. Our aim is to balance the needs of our employees with service delivery and, for the majority of our roles, to enable our people to be able to work remotely wherever possible.
