Salary: £19,312.00 - £19,698.00 per annum
37 Hours per week – Fixed term until 31.03.2022

This role will be responsible for speaking to confirmed cases of COVID-19 via the telephone and tracing possible contacts during their infectious period. No previous experience is required however previous experience working in a call centre would be advantageous.
The role will include working a shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm, 7 days per week including Bank Holidays.
