Annie Lennard Primary School is a one form entry school on the border of Smethwick and Oldbury. We are pleased to announce that we are looking to appoint a Deputy Head teacher to join our senior leadership team.

The Governors wish to appoint a teacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice who is child centred and will support our school values. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who can demonstrate impact in a senior role. The school is committed to collaborative leadership with a focus on school improvement.

If you are a dynamic and inspirational leader with the capacity to grow and develop in the role, if you have initiative, constructive enthusiasm, a thorough knowledge of all key stages and the ambition to play a major role in the leadership and management of our school then we would love to hear from you.
