£20,276 to £21,517 p.a. for 37 hours a week over 41 weeks a year (£22,183 to £23,541 per annum pro-rata)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Office Manager to join our busy Reception team.

The role is offered for 37 hours a week during term time plus training days and an additional 2 weeks during school holidays. Due to the nature of the role, the hours of work will be 8am-4pm; Monday to Friday during term-time.

Key Requirements

You will be responsible for prioritising the workload for the Administration team, acting as the main point of contact for administrative support for the whole school, and ensuring high standards of work are met. You will also oversee the Inventory and School Post communication systems and ensure that the Reception area/service is welcoming to visitors, students and staff.
