Teaching Assistant  Level 2 - Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School   

32.50 hours per week 08:30am  - 03:30pm daily

Term time only

Permanent

£9.62 - £9.81 per hour

The governors of Our Blessed Saints Federation wish to appoint a kind, enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated teaching assistant, to work as a member of the support staff team at Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Primary School.

Main responsibilities will include providing class based support with teaching and learning for a variety of pupils, delivering small group interventions, and other day to day Teaching Assistant duties. 

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting pupils in order to help them reach their full potential.  Experience in delivering small group interventions would be beneficial.

The post holder will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of classroom resources, undertaking first aid duties and be willing to undertake other relevant and statutory training.

It is desirable that the successful candidate has experience of EYFS and KS1.  This post will include lunchtime cover.

Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Primary School is a member of Our Blessed Saints Federation together with St Luke’s Catholic Primary School, Trench, Telford.  The partnership benefits from the sharing of experience and expertise across both schools.
