£29,577 - £33,782 per annum, (pro rata if part time)

37 hours per week

Permanent Contract

(plus a 12 month FTC vacancy available as well)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Housing Services for a resilient and resourceful Project Support Officer to assist the Project Manager in the implementation of an Integrated ICT Housing Management System at Redditch Borough Council.  We are specifically looking for an individual who have experience in Housing Services or Repairs and Maintenance of a housing stock.

You will support the Project Manager managing the budget, resources and risks ensuring the project is tracked throughout the implementation. The Candidate should be confident, self-motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and forward plan. The post holder will work closely with the Project Manager and Stakeholders within the service.

You will also support the continuous improvement and ICT transformation across Housing Management Services ICT Systems ensuring utilisation of all available functionality.
