An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Financial Services Team as our Principal Accountant – Major Projects, you’ll support the organisation with the delivery of a number of major capital schemes which will transform both the organisation and the borough.

 

As an expert, others will come to you for direction on everything from technical accountancy support to financial strategies and policies to standards and practices. Your advice will help us to make timely, well-informed decisions.

With post-qualification experience in a professional finance environment, you’ll have sound understanding of Local Government policies and legislation. This post requires a fully qualified member of one of the accountancy institutes in CCAB, (preferably CIPFA). As a confident communicator, you’ll foster great working relationships with those you work with.
