The Guildhall is the location of the City Council’s Customer Service Centre and we are looking for someone who has experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer services, to join the team.
The Guildhall is also the administration centre for members of the City Council as well as providing a bespoke venue for weddings, conferences and meetings and attracting visitors to the City.
The role will predominantly be in the Customer Service Centre, to represent the Council in a positive, professional and efficient manner as the first point of contact for face to face, telephone and electronic enquiries to internal and external customers. Alongside this, you will also assist in the day to day running of this beautiful Grade 1 listed building.
