Housing Services are the landlord for Council owned properties within the borough of Dudley. Offering a wide range of services to tenants, the post holder would be employed within the Housing Asset and Development Team assisting in the delivery of a wide range of planned maintenance and improvements to social housing.

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: Grade 10 

Location: Harbour Building, Waterfront West, Brierley Hill

This post holder will play a critical role within the Asset Management Team in the development, management and monitoring of the Housing Asset Management Strategy, specifically, ensuring the Directorate complies with local and national investment priorities identifying, recording and reporting against investment priorities and targets.

Preparing investment modelling and business / financial planning relative to the Council’s strategic investment in its housing stock. Ensuring that statutory responsibilities and works to ensure the safety of Council residents in their homes is undertaken, recorded and managed.

Managing the development, implementation and on going maintenance of the Directorate’s housing asset management software system to record and analyse property performance.
