Band 5 Social Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social worker to work within Newcastle Adult Social Care as a Band 5 Social worker working in an Older Persons / Physical Disability team. We are looking to recruit a permanent full time member of the team to work with Adults within the Newcastle-under-Lyme District who have a range of physical and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will work within a challenging and Complex Social Work team to complete assessment, support planning and safeguarding for individuals within the Newcastle District. You must be enthusiastic, highly motivated and positive with a strong commitment to the personalisation agenda and prioritising independence.
