We are recruiting for an educational psychologist to join our exciting, innovative and developing team of educational psychologists (EPs). Our team is highly valued by the council, schools and other strategic partners. We are a partly traded service and buy-in from schools is high, and increasing, and we are extending our trading offer with other partners to ensure we can support children and their families across the community. Our work with schools is extremely varied and our EPs are strong in their applications of psychology. We are extending our EPS into the community and have recently achieved working partnerships with colleagues in Health and Social Care, as well as Mental Health and parents. We are also leading on the delivery of support around Autism. We work closely with our strategic partners and are involved with the reduction of exclusions, co-production, and promotion of child voice to inform policy development. The EPS also leads on ELSA as well as co-working on the Emotional Health and Wellbeing panel. As a team, we are always surveying the horizons and actively seeking new and innovative ways of working. We are a great team and enjoy the differences that each team member has to offer.

We are looking to appoint an Educational Psychologist who is creative and enthusiastic about what applied psychology can achieve to promote inclusion, overcome barriers, and improve the lives and and wellbeing of children, young people and their families.
