£18,198 - £18,562 per annum

 37 Hours per week –Fixed Term until 1.10.2021

Cannock Chase Country Park is visited annually by thousands of people keen to explore the important wildlife and conservation areas.

 Marquis Drive Visitor Centre is the focal point on the Park for visitors, and we are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills.

 Every day is different, and this role is public facing, giving information, selling in the retail area, data inputting, and answering queries by email and telephone. You will be required to work using your own initiative and to work efficiently and as part of a team. To actively engage visitors both inside and outside visitor centre, to report issues to the rangers on duty and to carry out other duties commensurate to grade when visitor centre is closed.

This role requires the candidate to work permanent weekends and also work at Chasewater Country Park if the need arises.
