We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, who is committed, hardworking and enthusiastic, and flexible in their ability to support learning. You will be supporting our

Year 5 class - a delightful group of children who are enthusiastic about their learning.

We can offer you a happy and welcoming school, friendly staff, a supportive leadership team and the opportunity to undergo professional development.

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of:

• supporting children to achieve their best across the curriculum

• experience of working in key stage 2

• engagement with young people to motivate them to learn;

• working with children with SEND

• planning as part of a teaching team

The welfare and safety of children who attend our school is our paramount

concern, and we expect all members of the school community to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service.)

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
