Vacancy for After school club supervisor

Hours : Part time 3.00pm-5.30pm Monday to Friday - 12.50 hours per week

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic After-School Club Supervisor in this small, friendly village school to provide outstanding care to children aged 3 to 9.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare (or similar)
• Have previous experience of working with children in an educational setting
• Be an effective communicator to establish and maintain good working relationships with all school staff, parents and pupils

Hours of work will be 3.00pm to 5.30pm daily throughout the school term. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organised and able to work on their own initiative.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) clearance and will need to provide suitable references.
