Hours: 30 per week, 39 weeks Term Time Only
We are now seeking to appoint a talented teaching assistant to join our staff from September 2021, working in Reception Class.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of passionate, hardworking and caring teaching and support staff, who work together to create a purposeful learning environment, where everyone can succeed. Our children have positive attitudes and a love of learning and our staff are valued and well supported by colleagues, parents and governors. We are seeking to appoint a committed, passionate and flexible person who is able to support our Early Years Leader in the development and education of our EYFS pupils. To support you in your role, we are committed to developing all members of our school community and provide wonderful opportunities for CPD in approaches such as Sounds-Write Phonics, Kinetic Letters Handwriting, Talk for Writing, and as part of a Maths Hub focusing on developing early number mastery.
The appointed person will take the role of lead First Aider (including First Aid at Work) in school and will liaise with the School Nurse to manage the Asthma register.
