ICT Service Desk Analyst
12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
37 hours per week
We are looking a self-motivated, energetic candidate with a strong customer service ethos to join our Desktop Services Team. The team supports circa 600 Council officers and Councillors and is responsible for end-user computing within the Council.
The Service Analyst post is at the front line of supporting users with every aspect of their ICT experience. Working within a dynamic and busy environment the successful candidate will require an ability to work independently as but also as a member of a team and will be able to offer excellent customer service whilst constantly adding to and updating technical knowledge and skills. Currently, due to Covid19 restrictions, the intention is for this job to be a combination of home and office based working.
