Two Year Fixed-Term Contract                              

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to Warwick District Council’s Climate Change Emergency Plan.  By playing an active and leading role in delivering key sustainable transport projects with a view to minimising the District’s carbon emissions and improving air quality. 

The successful candidate will also work with partners to maximise the Council’s influence over the work of other organisations involved in bringing forward sustainable transport initiatives that impact on Warwick District.  Also in relation to the wider area of South Warwickshire as we continue our closer working with Stratford District Council.

Just by way of examples, some of the major project work that you will lead on for Warwick District Council include: Bath Street Improvement Scheme in Leamington Spa, Sustainable Movement Network, Abbey Fields cycle link, Exploring a hydrogen hub, Leamington e-Car Club, Bike share scheme.
