30 hours a week but up to 37 during busy periods.

30-37 hours per week TTO + 10 days (including teacher training days and 5 days minimum in school holidays)

Required:  1st September 2021

Applications are invited from individuals who wish to utilise their strong administration skills to manage all the HR admin for the school.

Strong organisational skills are essential for the HR Administrator role, ideally with experience in education or another academy. You should be able to work as part of a team, whilst also having the ability to work under pressure using your own initiative. You should be organised with the ability to prioritise workload to meet specific deadlines.   

Founded in 1326, the school provides a unique blend of academic rigour, modern facilities and traditional values.  The school is heavily oversubscribed, and our Sixth Form is flourishing.
