The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust (MAT) requires an assistant headteacher/inclusion manager based at King Charles I School from the earliest available opportunity.  The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring that every student achieves outstanding outcomes as well as work within the senior leadership team and have a corporate responsibility for the smooth running and leadership of the whole school. A key part of the job will include the SENCO role and we will consider applications from experienced SENCOs or aspiring ones. The successful applicant will ensure inclusive practice is developed to promote the highest standards for our students with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
