Salary: S01

22.20 hours per week - 3 days per week - term time only plus 3 weeks (to include 5 TED days) Working days to be negotiated.

The children, staff and Governors of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Business Manager to work as part of the SLT and oversee, the business and finance function of the school.

We are a one form entry Primary and Pre School in Droitwich. We have supportive parents and Governors and our children are well behaved, hardworking and enjoy coming to school.

We are looking for the right person to join our team who:

• Is a practising Catholic or sympathetic to the Catholic nature of our school
• Is an excellent business manager who works hard to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils
• Is a strong communicator with a good sense of humour
• Has a positive and creative personality
• Can demonstrate  flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team
• Is willing to play a full part in the life of the school and the local community
• Is committed to school improvement and raising levels of pupil achievement
