Applications are invited for an experienced and suitably qualified Director of Business & Finance responsible for the strategy and operation of the business functions of the academy including financial management, HR, premises, compliance, administration, health & safety and line management of the support staff team.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the effective performance of the team in leading the academy.  An excellent communicator with organisational and inter-personal skills is required, along with experience of managing budgets and analysing financial data.

 

Alleyne’s converted to an Academy in September 2013 and is a popular 13-18 comprehensive school judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in December 2019.  The school is well-regarded within the community and has a reputation for high quality teaching.
