2 HLTA positions, one for Key Stage 1 and one for Key Stage 2

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, community school which is aspiring to be outstanding and play a pivotal role in contributing to the improvement of teaching and learning at KS1 or KS2 which is a school priority.

  • someone who is an outstanding HLTA or has the capacity to become one.
  • someone who can inspire and motivate children and adults.
  • someone who is enthusiastic and caring.
  • someone with good subject knowledge and understanding of KS1 or 2 and supporting children with SEND needs or are disadvantaged.
  • someone who has effective communication skills.
  • someone who can effectively lead a team of LSA’s & LSP’s and has proven experience of managing people and improving their practice.
