Housing Services Housing Management Assistant £19,689 to £20,903 per annum 37 hours per week - Permanent

Warwick District Council looks after approximately 5500 homes, 500 leases and circa 2000 garages.

The Covid 19 pandemic, has meant we are continually looking at innovative ways to help support people to maintain their homes.

You therefore have an exciting opportunity to join our Landlord Operations Team to help the with our housing management function.

As a Housing Management Assistant, you will provide an excellent, customer focussed, pro-active response service to all customers contacting our Landlord Services Team. 

This role is about taking responsibility for customer satisfaction by making sure that where possible all enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.

Please note due to the ongoing pandemic the role would be mainly working from home so the ability to do so is paramount to the success in this role. The successful candidate will need to be able to deal with enquiries on the telephone as required and undertake site visits where necessary.

Working sometimes on your own and sometimes as part of a team, your supervisor will be a Senior Housing Officer.

This is a public facing role of Housing Services, so you need excellent communication skills, as you will be engaging with our customers on a daily basis, problem solving and interacting with tenants. You will need to effectively deal with their concerns and work with colleagues throughout the service.

Requirements of the role include: 

A driving licence is required as this role will include visiting customers in their homes.
