Personal/Executive Assistant and Secretary to Governors – Q3 Academy Great Barr
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the Academy to appoint a well qualified, outgoing, lively and highly enthusiastic professional to assist the Chief Executive/Director of Finance & Operations of Q3 Academy Great Barr. This is an exciting and challenging role which requires energy, flexibility, initiative and commitment to the vision and values of the Academy.
We are looking for a team player who is prepared to go ‘the extra mile’! Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must as is the ability to multi task and work to extremely tight deadlines.
Experience of managing a small team and some evidence of liaison with external agencies is desirable. Skilled use of Microsoft Office is essential.

S01 scp 23-25 £27,741 to £29,577 per year
