Teaching Assistants Level 2

31.25 hours per week

44.50 weeks per annum (Term time only)

Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

To Start 1st September 2021

NJC Scale post Single Status: Grade 4: PT 7 – 11 (£20,092 to £21,748 pro-rata – Actual Starting Salary at Pt7 £14,482 per annum)

Penn Hall School is a special school which provides for 106 children aged 3 - 19 with a range of needs including physical disabilities, complex medical needs, learning and communication difficulties and autism spectrum conditions.

Governors are seeking Teaching Assistants Level 2 to start in September 2021

 

The successful candidates will have extensive experience of working with children with a range of needs and have attained NVQ level 2 with English and Maths A-C grades. Previous knowledge and skills of working in a special school plus experience of Moving and Handling and Personal Care is an advantage.
