We are currently recruiting for a professional EHCP Co-Ordinator and Exams Officer on a part time basis to join our team at Venture Academy. In this role you will co-ordinate the EHCP process ensuring service standards, performance outcomes and statutory requirements are met. You will ensure all communications and contacts with pupils, carers and other agencies are proactive, supportive, timely and constructive maintaining confidence at all times. You will also provide administrative support to the exam process ensuring that exams are conducted to JCQ standards, co-ordinating, administering and assisting with provision for students as and when required.

Key Requirements

You need to ideally have some legislation experience with respect of Special Education Needs and Disabilities with a knowledge of the educational system; educated to A level standard or equivalent, as a minimum, with GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or relevant training). You will be a highly competent administrator with excellent key board and time management skills with sound knowledge of all relevant Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook. It is desirable that you have knowledge of the services and agencies which may be involved in EHC assessments and annual reviews, as well as experience of working with parents and families.
