This exciting new role will plan and lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the business and partnership side of the Here2Help service to ensure the service is responsive to the needs of the residents in Worcestershire. This will involve the development and management of the business plan and working on the current and future vision.
The role will also lead on developing an outcomes framework for the Here2Help service, ensuring long term impact can be evidenced, plus developing and managing further opportunities for funding.
This is a great opportunity to join an innovative service, working collaboratively with partners to achieve an outstanding service to Worcestershire residents.
