Actual Starting Salary: £18,571 - £22,324
37 hours per week, term time plus 5 training days
Required for September 2021
1 Year Fixed term contract until 31 August 2022 in the first instance

We are currently looking for a full time Learning Support Practitioner to join our team that provides learning support and inclusion of students within the school by working as a member of the SEN team, with subject teachers, external professionals, parents and colleagues from support teams across the school. 

Holly Lodge is a mixed 11-19 school. Currently it has over 1500 students on roll, but this is increasing steadily due to the rapid improvement that the school has successfully made. 

We are a thriving and exciting school, which has made significant progress in recent years. The school was described by OFSTED as a ‘Good’ school, fully committed to creating a culture of continuous school improvement, in the last inspection in February 2017.

Applicants should preferably be a graduate or equivalent and have achieved at least five or more A*-C grades at GCSE (including English and Maths).
