Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy are an oversubscribed secondary academy with over 1400 students on roll at Key Stages 3-5 and are part of the Ormiston Academies Trust family.

The academy is looking to appoint a HR Officer to support the Finance Director in providing a quality HR service, responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, staff contracts, monthly payroll processes, absence monitoring, training and development, performance monitoring and employee wellbeing. The successful candidate will have:
- a working knowledge and experience of HR and recruitment at a professional level
- specialist skills and knowledge including the legal framework and associated policies
- the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and produce analytical data
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with staff at all levels
