Windsor Park Middle School is a popular Church of England 9-13 middle school. Our school is a place of endeavour, teamwork, friendship and laughter with the vision statement ‘Learning for Life’ at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking to appoint a tutor with high levels of competence in both maths and English, to work either on a full-time (preferably) or part-time basis, working with a variety of different children in Key Stage 2 and 3. The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivering learning in accordance with the curriculum, national guidelines and the school’s strategy; they must also carry out other duties that support pupils’ learning while operating in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures. The tutor is responsible for teaching maths and English to small groups of identified students.
Tutoring plays a vital role in allowing children to ‘catch up’ and bridges the gap created by recent school closures. This role is open to anyone with experience in core subjects English/Maths and ideally holds QTS. This is an exciting role for any teacher/tutor looking to make a difference to a child’s life and see the impact that small group tutoring can have on a child. If you believe you have the drive and focus to join us, then we welcome your application.
Application forms and full details are available to download from the school website and should be returned to Mrs J Collins at jcollins@windsorpark.staffs.sch.uk or by post to the above address.
Closing Date: 09:00am Thursday 24th June 2021
Interviews will be held on: Tuesday 29th June 2021
