Full Time 37 hours per week – Permanent Contract

North Worcestershire Building Control is a shared service serving Bromsgrove District, Redditch Borough and Wyre Forest District Councils. We provide a modern customer focused building control provider with an excellent reputation for providing a proactive efficient and helpful service.

An opportunity exists for an experienced surveyor to join our team as part of our service delivery in the North Worcestershire area.

You will be capable of dealing with the full range of building control duties including plan vetting, site inspections and dangerous structures, as well as providing professional advice to a wide range of customers.  You will be aware of the challenges facing the service and be willing to address these to the best of your abilities.

We are looking for a self-motivated customer orientated individual capable of providing an excellent service to new and existing customers.

We offer an attractive salary and flexible working hours. We are seeking to promote greater flexibility in service delivery; the use of mobile working technology and potential home working are strong considerations for the service.
