Customer Services Advisor
NJC Scale 4 (£20,092 to £21,748 per annum)
37 hours per week (commencing 1 August 2021)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work within our Environmental & Highways Customer Contact Centre. Based within the Customer Contact Centre, you will understand that our customers are passionate about the services we provide and will be experienced in supporting them, explaining legislation and sourcing the correct information or service they require. You will show a flair for customer service, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting it right first time.
